Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all Dabbly Box purchases are final sale. Our craft boxes are designed for personal creative use, and once opened or used, they cannot be returned or resold.

Please note:

  • All craft boxes, kits, and add-ons are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Returns are not accepted for items that have been opened, used, or partially completed.

  • Gift cards and sale items are also non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, missing components, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at dabblybox@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and do our best to make it right through a replacement or credit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a suitable resolution.

Exchanges

Since all items are custom-packed and curated, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. However, this does not apply to products that have been opened or used.
